How much for my 92 240 with body damage?

Hey all, my car just got hit. . .I'll probably be selling

It's a 92 automatic fastback with about 154,000 miles.It's going to need a new door and some work to the front and rear quarter panels.

How much do y'all think I should ask? Any ideas on what I might get for it?
