first of all, welcome to NICO, i hoipe you find everyone here very informative and friendly, and as far as your conversoin, http://www.afterdark-tuning.com does this service, i believe abnout anywhere u go its gonna cost you around 25oo bucks or so, its almost like a big bolt on, but still, lights and bumpers arent expensive

You do know that your parts you will get are going to be beat up and not match your color paint, right? Paint job and body work will probaly more than double the cost.

Don't pay more than $950 for parts or you are getting ripped. The work itself isn't hard. All you need is a 10mm socket... well, basically.
