How much for an oil pan gasket replacement?

My 2000 nissan pathfinder currently has 180,000 miles on it. I have tried to take as good of care of it as I possibly can. I recently replaced the valve cover gasket, and that fixed a majority of the leak. However, it still seems to be leaking some. The dealership thought it may either be the oil pan gasket, or potentially residue from them never cleaning out the engine when doing the valve cover gasket. They listed one more possibility, but I cannot remember what it is.

Can anyone give advice on what I should do? Where I should get work done? What I should pay? Where I can possibly buy a reliable part?

I currently have the same issue. I replaced the valve cover gaskets and still find oil spot on concrete, thought it might be the oil pan gasket and was told it could be the Front Main Seal too.

The gaskets are not a big cost.. pulling the engine to get to them is the sucky part

Yes, the valve cover gaskets were done by firestone. They didn't plug an oxygen sensor back into the right spot and it cause all kinds of trouble. They ended up paying the entire bill plus some...Probably wont return to them. Now its leaking again and I just want it fixed.

AAMCO did my oil pan gaskets for $400, but this is with the VQ35DE engine which likely requires a lot more disassembly than your VG33E.
