Wow... I feel a lot better about how much I have in my car after a few of these posts... I need to find that aussie guy who sold me on the RB idea back in 01 and thank him... I love these motors

Only car I'd put a LS1 in is a FD3S... cause rotories... actually 13B's (including the RE)... we'll just say I don't like them very much... 20B's cool... but that's the same idea as a RB in a 240... ha... At least I'm consistent...

well my paper weight is almost doneafter nearly two years of it being on my front lawn ( no garage ) .

She just went to my friends shop toget the rest of the exhaust done and a new hot pipe to my ic . So far I'm kinda relieved that I read some of youguys posts cuz I'm only 4000 in on my RB .

But if I wanted another bellybutton , I coulda bought a honda . The love for the RB is definately a good one....good luck on that mount and get'r done

yeah im glad mckinney is sending the correct one out first thing tomorrow so maybe it can get to me early next week! which means easter weekend/week i might be puttin my RB in!!! its been sittin on the stand so long my GF even wants to help put it in

Try being in college and doing an rb swap...lol... I will never do another swap until i graduate. 5,000 in motor and the damn thing is not even on the street yet.

fpr is in the mail. injectors are coming soon. got a quote on a GT3071R, and a tune from a local shop.

only trouble is, it wouldnt start the other day. lol. what a effing suprise.. when its a little warmer, and the sun is out, ill have to mess with it. lol. 3 years and 3,800 miles. on top of that, over $15k in mods. i should have bought that 95 M3. atleast it ran.... id have atleast a blower, coilovers and BBS LM's on it by now. bare minimum.

im in college too man. Plus i got a ton of bills on top of that. Leaves me with little to no money at the end of the month to buy anything for the RB

indeed, werd to the college thing heavily modded car and school full time pwnz me.im glad ive got it to the point where i just change the oil and plugs.

luckily ive almost bought everything i need. Only thing left is buying a FMic and fabbing up some piping. I SHOULD have everything else

I will love mine if I can ever stomp on the gas pedal again. I have to drive like a grandma, because my car drops fuel pressure if I press the gas too hard. And this is with a BRAND NEW WALBRO!!!

don't know if this is related, but it also has a miss at almost exactly 2000rpm. I absolutely cannot idle around 2200-2500. I either miss at 2k or it revs past 3000 before it starts to balance out.. I managed to idle it at 2500 ONE TIME, and the exhaust sounded like it was missing (air in-and-out) the WHOLLLEEEE time..
