How much does the dealers charge to reprogram the ECM on my 2000 Infiniti G20t?

Pulled out a P0171 and changed both oxygen sensors. Still showing bank 1 lean. my mechanic checked the MAF sensor, vacuum hoses, catalytic converter and reset the ECM. after a while the service engine soon light comes back on. Car runs fine. Mechanic told me that the dealer has to reprogram the ECM. Any idea how much it cost?
