how much does rust repair cost???

I've got a beater that needs rust repair on the coner panels...how much do the repairs usually cost? Any help would be great. Thanks.

It depends on the extent of the damage to be honest and what the locals charge to do fix it. Take it a good body shop and have them give you an estimate.

Definitely depends on how bad the rust is. If its surface rust it can be sanded and painted fairly inexpensively. Flaking metal and rot will need to be cut out and a new piece bent and welded in place. This is where things get expensive. Only the shop that does the work will have an accurate quote for you.
