I rebuilt my CA 2 weeks ago. Acording to the FSM, it should use 7 liters of coolant. The problem is I have to keep filling the overflow tank, 7.5 liters so far. Do I have to start woring? I cant see any leaks and just took the plugs out, and all seems fine.

EDIT: forgot to say; 200sx (s13) with stock radiator.

It's common to have to continue to refill the overflow for the first couple of weeks. It takes a bit to get all of the air worked out.

Double check ALL of the coolant lines though. You could have a leak that is small enough to not actually drip coolant all the way to the ground, but enough to leak under pressure.

Because this is a pressurized cooling system, when you get a leak like that, it will leak when hot, but when the car cools down, it sucks air in via that opening in the system. Ultimately that air makes it's way into the coolant overflow reservoir and then you have to refill it.
