How much clearance at the back of the M35 trunk?

I'm buying a sub in an enclosure that's 12" tall. Can anyone tell me how tall the back of the 2006/07 M35 trunk is? Want to be able to tuck it away back there.

You're probably wondering why I don't just measure it: my M is on the back of a transport truck on its way here, and the deal on this sub is limited.

I went to most of the dealerships around here when looking for my M and I have no interest in dealing with any of the people I met there. So I'm really not trying to re-appear and ask to measure the trunk.

Don't know anyone else who owns one so I figure i'd ask here.

I'll paypal someone a buck to put a tape measure to it.

6 inchs at very rear of trunk where trunk lid meets back of the carMazz

I would think it would matter if the vehicle has the Full size spare or just a donut.
