I tested it today. Still had about a cubic foot of space left free spread around throughout the trunk, too.

I had:

1 Motion convertible keyboard1 Craftsman small portable tool kit1 leather letter-sized folio1 aluminum portable hand truck4 HP DL380 G5 server power supplies, all in original boxes1 HP DL380 hot swappable server drive, in original box4 Dell GX280 motherboards, all in original boxes1 HP Laserjet 4250 maintenance kit, in box

Can you say... junk in my trunk?

The package shelf is the carpeted piece that goes from just behind the top of the rear seats to where the inside of the hatch starts. The thing that when you open the hatch, gets pulled up by those two string thingies and gives you access to the cargo area?

(If you haven't removed it, of course)

There are two or three more bags behind that flowery one in the back and my laptop case went in that little gap to the left after the picture.

My parcel shelf is on a shelf in my basement collecting dust. I finally decided it was more of a nuisance than a benefit. It kept comming loose if it got hit when lifting any large grocery bags or objects.
