How much can my cams be off?

I ran an SR with the cams installed 2-teeth retarded, is there any way I could have damaged everything? bend a valve? anything?

After fixing that, the engine runs good except for a bogging above 6K RPM, under boost.thanks

i dont know if the sr is an interference motor but if it is, then yes even 2 teath off can cause valve damage
