How much brake fluid will I need

I am going to upgrade to DOT 4 in my 96 s14 with stock brakes. How much brake fluid should I buy to completely bleed out the old DOT 3 fluid?

Why would you upgrade to DOT 4? I realize there's a difference in how hot it can get and all that hoo hah but as for the benefits in regards to a stock 240 braking system, they are negligible.

Do you use your brakes aggressively? Then I could see a point in moving up higher to DOT4. Both other than that, there's no real world difference. If you haven't replaced your brake fluid in a while (3+ years), it would be a good time to do so. Most cars would take a liter or so of fluid. Check your manual as it will list the fluid capacities.
