well just telling us how many lbs of boost you run doesnt tell us much, because depending on the size of your turbo, different turbos flow different cfm's, and what are you using for management, they can handle alot with proper management im shure, but just cranking up the boost you can blow up a motor quite easily.

Yea, we at least need to know which turbo you have and what supporting mods you've got.

My turbo is a TD04-16T From a Volvo 850 T5R with Fordge Motorsport internal wastegate set at 1.3bar.I have 460cc injectors from rx7 dobble exhaustcams and fullported cylinderhead.3 angle valves and seats.Ported and reformed xs-power exhaust mainfold and 3" exhaust with race cat.3" Airflowmeter and very large intercooler with 3" pipes.Costum made chip for ecu with 8250 revlimit and a S-afc 2.And alot more...

Im sorry for my bad english.

Impossible to help you, 16T is close to T28 in size and there are guys with piston problems at 1.2 bar.Your tuner might be able to help you out, you need a ECU program custom made for those injectors and turbo to build a fast car.

At 1.3 bar you should have around 300bhp if tuned correctly and I wouldn´t go higher on stock pistons without good knowledge.300 real horses are makes a S13 fast.

My ecu are costum made for the injectors and turbo and the 3" airflowmeter.

In a volvo 850 the turbo makes 330-350bhp at most.

The car has alot of power makes 0-60mph in 5.0s with geartech with wheelspin on 1st and second gear up to 45mph.But i have M/T 26x10.5-15 and just waiting for the snow to diseper.

Sounds good about the ECU program.

Your weakest point is the pistons, wouldn´t risk it. Go 1.3 bar for now and upgrade pistons and turbo later. No point to max out the turbo and pistons to gain around 20hp IMO.

Without doing final calculations for the compressor map, i have found that your injectors are not going to be reliable trying to support those flow levels. I wouldnt try it. At least upgrade to 550s.

I have have 460cc and a progressive fpr.Fuelpress on idle are 3.8bar and 5-5.5bar on full throttle.And i have bosch 040 pump.It most handle atleast 350bhp.

Ok did some quick calcuations for the injectors at the elevated pressures. At 5bar of fuel pressure the equivalent flow rate of 460 injectors is about 600cc/min. So that is not going to limit you. The max flow rate of that turbo is ~30 lbs/min. That is the limiting factor in your setup.

Running that turbo on a CA at 1.6bar(23psi) is maxing it out. Well is at 70% efficiency.

Stock bottom end when tuned correctly can handle over 300whp easily. Not sure if its been done but i am confident with just a good head gasket and head studs 400whp could be done on stock internals, as far as the bottom end is concerned.

A stock CA18DET engine in general can handle well over 300+whp. I did with my own CA as well as other customers. Fuel and timing is the key here.

300whp in the US is around 300bhp here, don´t know why but our dyno´s show lower numbers. Even at the same trap and mods.
