lol if the stock actuator is at 12psi, and that big of trim. I'd dig up your old turbo if it's still use-able. Go spend 80 bucks on a walbro, easiest install in your life. took me all of 1-2 hours without any knowledge. just started unscrewing, yes Screwing. Take the old one out, change the fuel filter, and now connect the positive and negative.
(Took me an hour because i lost the adapter and just when to advanced auto and picked up some connectors.) It's really a 30-40 minute install at most.
If you NEED to drive you car, do what you have to, just dont gun it or stomp the gas. As long as you don't hit full boost your car will be alright. I say DONT because you'll be tempted and gun it and that mangy fuel pump wont be able to supply enough fuel, run Super (basically Dry) lean, and goodbye baby.
