I've seen around 530hp on a stock S14 notchtop bottom end but you need to be a master tuner with a laptop to get that kind of power.

i think hybridymics.com has a 500+whp sr20 stock block. Pretty crazy. I'de only attempt this or anything over 350-400+whp if you have the money to rebuild cuz i don't see it lasting too long. Also depending on the condition of the motor and how u drive/care for it.
