How much are you paying for your EX35?

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Hi everyone, I'm located in Austin, TX. I looking to purchase a RWD EX35. I would like to have the Journey level, premium package, cargo mats, splash guards. What did u pay for your EX35? I'm looking to find out pricing from people that recently purchased EX35. I've been hearing really good deals, but not sure if it was due to the timing of the year, incentives...

I don't know if October incentives are still similar to the previous months. What should I expect to pay. Also, if you purchased your EX35 in Texas, can you recommend a dealership I can deal with. Thanks!

That's a great deal! Wasn't hard to get the dealer to come off that much on their MSRP?

$10k under MSRP, if you factor in taxes at retail and taxes at the price I got it for.

Infiniti of Superstiion Springs ((n Arizona) is advertising $8K off MSRP. That's BEFORE you go in and beat them up - LOL. 10K off is an AMAZING price, but doable it sounds like. Here's the math.

There's $5,000 in factory to Dealer money right now, a $500 rebate to the consumer and a LOADED AWD Journey has a difference of MSRP and Invoice of just over $4,000 ($4,151 on the one I just spec'd out on Edmunds dot com).

Factor in giving you some of their floor plan allowance and marketing allowance and I could see someone getting a MAX of $10 grand off. $9K to $9.5K might be more reaistic, but go for the home run!

We might trade our EX35 Journey RWD w/Premium pkg in on a loaded AWD if I can swing a good deal.

I just re-read your post (you want my wifes EX35 -LOL - that's exactly what we have now -- White over Stone -- and NOW she wants AWD and Nav ... which she didn't want 6 months ago...)

Anyhow, my point is that the MSRP/Invoice differential is only about $3,000 on an EX equiped this way, so you are looking at a max of maybe $9,000 off - more likely $8,500 which is still a screaming deal.

The poster that got the $10K discount bought a loaded AWD model.

Good luck (or buy ours - it's paid for already!)

Ok, here's what I got for a quote.

Black Obsidian with a Stone interior. It has Premium, Navigation, Splashguards and a Cargo Net. The MSRP is $40,175, the discount is $8,548 and price to equal to $31,627.

I think it's a pretty decent price. I'm going to shop my local dealer tomorrow with this price, if I don't get the match, then I'll be making another visit to a dealer out of town that gave me this offer. Wish me luck.

Ok, we closed the deal! Actually, the EX35 even came with wood trim. That was a pleasant surprise. I'm really enjoying the car. I'm looking forward to sharing and reading posts from this forum.

not surprised....end of the year they are dying to get them off the lots. They may tighten up a little bit now that gas prices have fallen and people aren't so scared of 20 mpg crossovers.

I also live in Texas and am shopping for an EX35 Journey with Premium package. Can you tell me which dealer gave you such an awesome quote? I live in the Houston area and so far the quote I've gotten from one dealer is no where near as good as yours.

Thanks in advance!

Hey buddy, I live in Sugar Land also and I just bought an EX35 Journey (on 10/31/08) with nav for about $32,900 + TT&L at Southwest Inifiniti off of hwy 59. My salesperson was Lemar, I'll be there this Friday after work so they can detail my car and do a run-through of how to take advantage and use all the features of the vehicle. Hope this helps. -David
