I know there is that white one with the modified hood, and the dark grey one, but is there more?

Do you think that the prices for the turbo kits will come down, or that any competitors will come out with something a little cheaper?

the kit isn't priced yet. but it won't be coming down any time soon because we all can't wait to buy.

the first one is the artisanperformance/foxmarketing coupeand the second is the foxmarketing bodykited coupe

those have custom kits in them.

the new ones are 08altima35's one that got the artisanperformance production prototype turbo kit on it.

and blake (adidas2go ) is going to get back his that's done by turbo speed force something.

I want to say that I have one but NOOOO, no canadian company exist in Quebec lol

here's a back shot of mine and a shot of the engine bay.

including mine there are currently three turbo altima coupes out there. this might not be accurate, but i'm 99% sure. One belongs to Brian Fox (the grey one), one belongs to Artisan Performance (the white one) and one belongs to me (the dark slate one that is still under construction).

Also Blake (Adidas) should be rolling his Boosted CVT out sometime as early as next week. That will total out 4 Turbo Coupes. If you're wanting to boost you better dig deep in your pocket because it's not gonna cost you any less than 5g's and prolly alot more with install and tune. good luck though.

What all these guys said. The 3 that are completed right now are 6 speed manuals. Mine is the CVT and we are looking at the completion date of the 4th. We are still waiting on the turbo from Turbonetics and the tuning computer to be built for this application. Other than that we are about 90% done.

I wanna c one in the 2.5 That would be kool. It would put us in the market of the Cobalt(like iin Docs post), and any other turboes with a 4 in them. Could be a cool thing to do. If i keep my car towards the end of college i want to change it to a show car/fun car and put a turbo in it. This all depens on the ammount of miles i have on it at that time.....still got 3 years so im just pointless to listen to .

So what is the total cost of these kits running you guys?

Do you think anyone like Jackson Racing or Vortech will come out with a supercharger kit. They seem to be more reasonably priced. Who wouldn't love to have a Turbo kit, but at $5,000 +.... Ouch

Out of curiosity, how much is the turbo costing you?

I'm pretty sure the Artisan is going to be in the ballpark of 5K, but i doubt that it'll come with the 3inch exhaust that has also not been released yet. it's a very expensive modification, but for some people the little gains from typical bolt on performance mods (exhaust, intake, etc) aren't enough. also having a aftermarket turbokit on your car will set your A/C apart from all the others out there. and i almost forgot, it'll make it go faster than almost ALL of the other cars on the road. Luv my Turbo!

edit: i didn't pay anything except letting artisan performance have my car for a few days or months (can't remember which one it was) for development.

I tried to convince Vortech to do this project a few months ago. They weren't having it right now. However, I did get the ball rolling on production ideas. They are currently working with Stillen to try to produce something in the future. Have not contacted JR.

Cost me 5k up front. However, for every kit speed force racing sells, I get a percentage back. Its really just an investment
