3.5L is using a rb25 trany. 2.5-3 if its the rb20/ka/sr trany

but if you are filling there is a plug on the side of the transmission not sure passanger or drive. take the plug out fiil from the shifter inlet and when it over flows from the plug your done.

i think the manual says 3.7 litre's.....

There is no FSM that i know of for the RB25 trans, the austrialian one only covers the engine for some odd reason.

Considering the RB25 transmission is pretty similiar to a Z32 transmission, it is safe to say right around 3 liters is enough. To be safe just pull out the filler plug and pour oil in there until it spills out. I've always used 3 liters and it's been fine.
