The game is dope, the anime is good(and is clean enough for me to play for my 4 year old nefew) The only unfortunate thing is the subtitles on my DVDs, I want it dubbed. Reading is too hard for the kid but he loves the series.

Makes me want to start a car club with a stupid name like "night speed."

Holy ****!! I've almost forgotten about Initial D. I watched the first season over a month ago, but I've forgotten to watch the second. I need to do that. It's a typical Japanese cartoon, but is the only one worth watching. I can't believe they didn't continue on with the show.

I have heard that they are putting out another season. I have no confirmation though. I also had it on vcd and vhs first, found it cheap on DVD and am very glad. I also need to get the movies.

Mine (in the pic) was the UK spec AE86 - known as a Corolla GT Coupe Twin Cam 16v RWD. That one is an '86 model - last year we got them in the UK was '87 although some were still being registered in '88.

The flip up lights were not a UK or Euro spec feature - I always saw them in the manual and thought it looked ugly by comparison.

I watched it thought it was neat but found it hard to watch. The style of drawing I guess just looks to clear for me...if that makes sense and hurts my eyes. And Tokyopop WILL mess up the dub. Their first mistake was changing the character names.
