Yeah, this is part frustration with the lack of people who look at the Sentra/200SX forum and the fact that I can't find an intake... or any good info on a chip... I guess I could always find an SR20DE forum, but then I'd have to do all the sign up crap and get used to a new group. ::more ranting:: No, this is NOTHING against 240 people, I was almost one of you.

I think you should sell the Sentra and get a 240. But yea I'm not a 240 driver. At least not now because its wrecked :( I drive a Buick Regal right now :D Hey, it takes out almost any civic or neon on the road

Well... you can't really sell a free car... and its something different to do. Lower insurance and gas costs (though with the way I've been driving, the gas is about the same). Its a sleeper too, most people don't expect much from a lowly Sentra, till I pull out the 4 angry 1/2 litre cylinders and 145 pissed horses! And factory front-upper tie-bars are cool, even if it is probably really soft.

yea but when u look at it almost all the stuff posted in the 240 general forum has nothing to do with 240's "noodles", "top ten movies" "gas prices"?? its just that the majority of the ppl on these boards own 240s so everyone posts in here to get more conversation

I know, I just wish there were more Sentra/200SX people, or SR20DE people in general.

I don't drive a 240. Heck I don't even drive a Nissan. I drive an Infiniti, same thing as a Nissan except not. Hmm. Ok.

I don't drive a 240! I like them a whole bunch though. Most people who drive sentras are not the type person who would like to mod their car (compared to 240 owners).Hang in there though The Sentra has great potential!

JWT was the first place I looked, they have a chip, but its not listed (if I remember correctly) as being for an 01' SR20DE, whether that matters or not, I know not. As for intake, no luck AT ALL, and short shifter came out B&M after I was told the Pacesetter sucks (something a friend of mine w/ an 88' Honduh Accord, who is not a ricer, could have told me anyway, I just didn't ask). So as for right now, I'm about to order the short shifter and a nice Momo shift knob (leather with some silver metal highlights), to shorten these seemingly massive throws. I'm going for a sleeper look, and sound, so I'm thinking Magnaflow Super Turbo muffler w/ 2.5in tubing everywhere, and after I hig 50k miles, a 2.5in high flow cat to go with it (illegal before 50k). Then a simple coilover, more stiffening of the chassis, wheels, tint, and anything else that comes to mind. Suggestions are always appreciated, and if anyone has an answer to my ECU and intake questions in the Sentra/200SX forum, it would be appreciated! Stoneage, how can I contact you? Hit me up on AIM (nametakennow) or email me.

2.5 is too much for exhaust, Perhaps 2.25? Turbo exhaust will be press loud. Perhaps a first muffler (don't know waht?) in the first stock location then a drilled glasspack for the second.

Glasspack=farty, from what I've heard. 2.5 will be loud, but not too loud, and will support a possible turbo in the future for long enough for me to get it up to 3.00. My bro's A4 runs 2.5, though it has a turbo to eat some air, and he lacks .2 litres, still. The Super Turbo is not necessarily a turbo muffler, they just call it that.

I'll think about it, just seems like 2.25 might be too quiet... the stock one is loud, for stock, so maybe not.

You guys kick, once again. I'd seen SE-R.net, but I hadn't looked hard enough (what else is new). Does anyone know if AEM (iffy, seems like I see a lot of AEM stickers on Hondas w/ that wonderful gastric sound and other stuff I don't like) or Hotshot be better for intake, or someone else? http://www.importpartsplus.com...93c84 Thanks tons!

I know that AEM and Hotshot both support the Spec V.
