How many oz. for A/C?

Hey guys sorry for the super noob question but i couldnt find a definitive answer from the FSM, i just got my a/c working on my 95 S14 KA, and wanted to know how many oz. of freon am i supposed to put into the system? So far i have put only one 12oz can and was about to put a 2nd one i bought, but wanted to make sure before i do. thanks in advance
