Motor, transmission, and diff will handle 300k easily with proper maintenance. I drive my KA hard too, just to slow down the coking process. Once or twice a day, in 2nd gear, WOT till 5500 rpm and then engine brake down to 2500.
The body will not take it though, the horribly welded panels will start to become loose and your will start to creak a lot more and the frame probably won't be straight any more.
Then one day, you'll drive over a small pothole or a speed bump and your strut towers will fly through your hood and leave you stranded. At the same time, the rear muffler hanger will fall from rust and put a load on your manifold and eventually crack it.
Then you'll get sick from CO poisoning and unfortunately pass out and die while driving.
Why so much hate for the body? Do you park it in a swimming pool, or something? I have creaks, but from things like bushings. The strut towers and unibody are rock solid, other than cosmetic crunches.
As for my motor, it's got about 208k on it. 120-ish compression, various other problems, all seals shot and leaky, burnt rings and valve stem seals, have to run very thick oil to avoit literal smoke clouds, all that good stuff. Still my only car and daily driver (obviously, given the proceeding statement), drives fine, is waiting for me to strike it rich and have the time to make it look and run right. Pulls hard, considering the circumstances.
