2000 Maxima SE with 172,000 miles. We bought it new in 2000. Have had to replace the water pump, master cylinder, plugs. Just replaced the plugs over the weekend in fact. Needs struts up front though.

Wondering what I can do to her now? Would like a new grill, not sure which to try though.

04 Nissan Max SE/SL elite edition, 190,000 miles and still running like new, Only problem I had was the alternator went bad, other than that normal maintenance, been using synthetic oil since it crossed 100,000, best car I ever owned, but it was expensive. Hopefully it goes for 300,000 I'm tired of car payments!

2000 I30t now 165000. No real issues - main replacements- MAF sensor, alternator, starter, shocks, struts, rear coil springs, tie rods, exhaust, belt tensioner pulley, now replacing AC compressor, axle and had replaced like 4 wheels since the 5 spoke 17' somehow are not that durable to pothole hits:)

I also found a picture I snapped with a really crappy camera phone several years ago with the odometer reading 222222. I'll try and remember to post it up when I get home.

138K on the 97 I30 and 88K on the 99 I30. Both cars are very reliable. Replaced the alternator and an O2 sensor in the 99 I30. The starters were pulled out when they became 'sticky' and working again after thorough cleaning of the gears and motor.

Currently 3 Maximas in my stable. These are Great cars!

1996 SE with 173k and still running like a champ. Needed rear struts last year. Daughters car.

1998 GLE with 172k. My daily driver for 6 months of the year. ('02 Q45 is my summer ride.) I love the way the engine still growls as I pull away from traffic. I have had this car for over 100k and had no major repairs. Check engine comes and goes indicating it needs a knock sensor.

2000 GLE with 162k. Wifes car. Has had a starter, new cooling fans and 2 A/C compressors. Still a great driver and a great ride. Some rust at the pass. side spoiler connection. Looking to replace this with a used late model Maxima soon.

Synthetic oil in all 3.

128,842 on my 2002 Maxima. I boutht it wiht 20K in 2005. I have recently replaced the stuts and repaired an exhaust pipe. My heater/ac motor fan went at about 110,000. This car has been awesome. I am religious about changing the oil every 3-4K. I hope to run it until at least 200K. I love having a nice car without a car payments.

186,000 - replacing knock sensor, MAF, due to it not going over 3k RPMs.... hopefully get it back to back to purring and pouncing performance levels...

I have 3 Maximas, a 1991, 92 and 94.
the 92 had 250k on when i got it, It has now done 410k on the original motor and does not use any oil.
All It has ever had is oils filters and an exhaust manafold and timing belts.
Mind you the trans is a little bit loose.
The 90 has done 130 and no probs.
the 1994 is a Jap import ve30de and it has 140k on the clock and plenty of probs to sort out.

I have a 2000 GLE that I purchased with 39,XXX miles on the clock and now has around 88,XXX miles on it. I never tuned it up, but I change the oil every 1800 miles or whenever I fill like spending some extra $$$ (whichever comes first). The starter failed once, the radiator just blew-up and was replaced, I put a sports suspension on it, changed all the front end components incliding the rack and pinion, motor mounts, cross drilled and slotted rotors, ceramic pads and whatever I could think of. The only major issues was the shift solenoids had to be changed (I did it myself) and the AFM went bad and I also changed it myself. Other than that, the var looks wonderful and will drive even better once I attack the rear bearings which is about to go down in a few minutes.
