10.95 liters, including the reservoir. Not sure whether your fluid is good for -40 degrees. Where do you live?

Oh sorry, just a rad flush will be less than 10.95. That amount is for the radiator, engine block, reservoir, everything. 3.8 liters (one gallon) plus 3.8 liters of distilled water (another gallon) will be more than enough for just flushing the radiator.

It's recommended to run fresh water through the radiator to clean it out after dumping the old fluid. Then, after draining all the fresh water, add your coolant mixture.

It should have a graph to tell you the concentration max for closer areas -- it normally is 50/50 with distilled water. It's not only for freeze protection.

When I did my simple refresh my local guy used most of the jug of Nissan coolant and a gallon of distilled -- drained the radiator and flushed out the overflow.

I think 2 jugs of prestone 50/50 was what I used for a simple drain/fill and had maybe a quart or two left over.

The funnel that screws to the top of the radiator makes life easy when doing coolant changes.
