How many grounds does VQ30 have?

Hi.I would like to clean all of the grounds on the engine block.Would let me know how many are there? and where?If you know the page related to the ground, just tell me with how to clean the ground. I would plan to wipe them out by carburater clean, shop towel, and, wire brush. Is it ok for them?Thanks.
