IMO, one of the most delightful things about the Q was its political incorrectness - It was physically huge and heavy, cost way too much money for the average peasant to afford, didn't give a good gorram about fuel economy or exhaust emissions, was upholstered with massive amounts of dead animal skin, had a dashboard trimmed in exotic wood, made more more noise at full throttle than several thousand Toyota Priuses combined, and rode low enough to run over even the smallest endangered critters.
Perhaps nowhere was this un-green-ness more evident than in the number of cigarette lighters and ashtrays provided. For example, at a time when many of its peers had zero accommodations for smokers, the Y33 gave each rear seat passenger with his own personal "smoke station", while the driver and front passenger shared a single center-located tray/lighter. I assume the G50 had a similar level of tobacco-friendliness.
However, I'm curious - Did the last-generation Q carry forth this tradition, or did it succumb to nanny-state do-goodery?
And what about its successor? In an M, can you light up or snuff one out from any seat in the house?
