Read on fuzzycats.com that I can order bulbs from dealerships. But exactly how many do I need?

The AC illuminations to the right of back windshield buttons are all out. How many bulbs are there to replace? And also, is the emergency button supposed to be NOT illuminated? Doesn't make sense, but that's how it is on my used J30t.

Thanks.

Not sure on the J, but if you order from Joe he can tell how many you need you when he looks up the parts diagram. I would replace them all while you're in there. My hazzard switch didn't light up either until I replaced the bulb...

Just ordered a bunch of stuff from them. Just FYI. There's a March Madness Special going on, and orders over $50 will come with free shipping.

Also, for the record, there are four bulbs behind the AC illumination panel. As for the hazzard switch, I was told (by Dan) that there isn't a bulb back there (or at least his diagram doesn't show it). Instead, he said I could replace the button, which is about $18... I guess I'll just have a look to see if there's a bulb back there (since Heath said his is not lit up) when I replace the AC bulbs.

Heath, what kind of bulb is it? Do you have the part #? How did you replace it? Just by taking the button apart?

It could be a different design on the J vs. the Q... probably is. Mine had a replaceable bulb that was easy to access like the ones in the climate control. If yours doesn't it's probably internal.

Ask for a box, that's what I did. I think a box came with 8. Keep the extras as spares. The bulbs burn out with frequency.

I just want to keep everyone posted as well as provid useful information for new comers...

I got the packages as described and promised from Nissan of Scottsdale. Reasonable prices and great delivery.

As for the AC bulbs, there are 4 bulbs you can replace. It's as easy as detaching the AC unit (thanks, Fuzzycats.com) and replace the burnt ones w/ the new ones.

I also got a backup light socket and the side marker light for the back of the car. To remove those, you simply use a flathead screwdriver and gently pry them out of their sockets (w/ a piece of cloth between the screwdriver and the car where they make contact to minimize defacing the paint).

As for the hazzard button, it's just a button. There's no light source/bulb behind it. Strange design... But that's how it is... so no bulb to replace there on the '93 J30t.

Thanks everyone.
