Depends, REAL time once the car is on the lift and an expert Q45 tech [and helper to bleed brakes] with every specialty tool say 8 REAL hours............but fair charges would be 10-12 BOOK hours plus another 2 hours if the rotors are indexed to perfection. More time if cheap rotors have to be retrued before/during installation..........to installed 0.0028" runout.

Kind of job where two people could work on car if coordinated.

Reasonably competent shop? Does that mean one that does the job correctly or one that doesn't destroy too much?

If you are supplying the parts, their labor rate will be unprofitable for the shop. As they would make $400 on the parts you listed.

A smart shop charges extra with customer supplied parts!
