how long to break in motor?

wassup, i just replaced my connecting rod bearings and put in a new crank but i used the old main bearings.......and i already racked up 340km on the odometer shifting at a max of 3700k using 30w oil and a bottle of lucus oil treatment......how much more miles do you think i should go for before i start to push it???

bearings don't require breakin, just the cylinder to piston rings
