It may sound basic, but you will need all the tools.. including engine hoist, your standard wrench/ratchet tool kit, breaker bars, TORQUE WRENCH. Additional tools that will streamline the swap are ratchet wrenches and an air torque gun.
Parts you will definately need:
1) Intercooler + Pipings2) Igniter chip3) ECU4) Clutch + Resurfaced Flywheel5) Air filter
Parts you should replace:
1) Water pump2) Thermostat3) Drive belts4) Clutch5) All fluids6) Spark plugs7) Fuel pump
Also depending on condition of your clip/motorset, you may need to replace the BOV and/or intercooler, pipings, o2.
Swap time is anywhere from 2 days to a week or more depending on your skill level & number of people working on it.
