How long it takes for you guys to receive title if loan from NMAC?

Just out of curiosity, how long it takes for you to receive the title from NMAC after payed off the loan? I payed off like 3 months ago, although the payoff amount was posted like one month later than the day I mailed it and the account was already closed. I don't know whether my title is released or not, and it's not a nice experience calling NMAC customer service. kinda of want to hear from other people.

Don't have experience from NMAC, but 2 to 4 weeks is normal. 3 months?!? There is a problem somewhere. It is time to call them and be firm (not belligerent) and remember YOU are the customer. Ask to speak with supervisors.
