100% my fault for ordering a product online without researching, but now that I have done research i see a host of threads on numerous forums including nico, plenty complaints on Bbb, overall just hella negativity. I have the same story, ordered parts, months later still have not received said parts or email attempts (one so far). There is no number to call... I will seek a refund through my bank but Ultimately I'm here to warn people since I've seen no threads as recent as 2015 on the subject, and to ask how does a company like this not get shut down?
