How important to repair tire rod leaking right away?

My passenger side tension rod bushing is leaking. How important it is to replace/fix it right away? Does it mess up the car alighment if I continue driving with it leaking?Also, I saw to bolts that hold the tire rod down. How hard it is to replace a whole tire rod?

Depends on how much silicon you want to leak out. Accellerated tire and suspension component wear is the result of not replacing the tension rod bushings before they start leaking or failing. Buy the bushings from Joe and press the old ones out and the new ones in. Arrow points forward.

Not very hard with the FSM and a torque wrench. Get an aligmnment becaue the previoius one couldn't have been accurate.
