As most of you know I have been having many problems with my Versa, I've even gone as far as filing for lemon laws. Recently I had a Nissan factory representative come down to look at my car. He concluded that the steering column/rack must have been bent. Two days later I go to pick up my car to find out that the issue had not been resolved and find what I assumed were pieces that were meant to be on my car. Upon further investigation (under my hood) I come to find that 2x plastic clips were left in my cup holder and 1x strut cover, also a set of headphones and they weren't mine.... Here are some pictures.

(this is the outside of the car where the top of the hood meets the window wipers)

That is disgraceful workmanship. Seriously, whoever worked on your car has absolutely no pride in his/her work, and should consider another occupation. Who knows what else they screwed up!

What's that I hear coming on? Another call to NNA Consumer Affairs?

Nail em again. And again if you have to.

And again, and again, and again until they refund all of your money or they get it right (including the cost of a rental if you needed one).

I'm soooooo sorry your V is giving you trouble though

On my first V, I brought the car in about 2 weeks after I bought it when I realized the A/C wasn't working. After they made the repair (and they took thier sweet time too, I might add...apparently they forgot to put a part in the vehicle when it was put together) they returned my car to me and I didn;t notice it until a little while later (at night) the windshield had a greasy film on it because it appears that when they cleaned up after themselves, they used a greasy rag to wipe the inside of my windshield...

I refuse to go back to that dealership for service anymore...for anyone that cares, it was Bill Kay Nissan in Downers Grove, IL. I'm glad I didn't buy from there...they were just closest to work.

I would be out for blood...

but we all know how I got about my old Camel... well... most of us do... for others... well... I was pissed. And I let the owner of the dealership (family friend) and the manager, and the head service guy... all hear about it...

Then spent $5600 to trade my Camel... sigh.

I would still raise hell. That just doesn't float. Not after everything else.

"Most people don't notice" is not an acceptable defense.
