how hot or cold should the seats get?

I have a 06 M35X and recently it has been 24 in the morning and i have been using the seat heating function but i don't feel any heat at all. I remember when the dealership replaced my driver seat support frame and now i am thinking they didn't connect something back up. The light comes on the switch but would that come on even if something was disconnected from the seat?

Do you hear the fan blowing air when you turn the switch all the way to the left or right?

i haven't tried that. i will turn the switch the next time i'm back in the car and see if i hear anything.
