Im using a talion side mount intercooler (pain to make it fit :rolleyes) , but the hot pipe is like 1 inch away from my fuse box, and fues box wireing. Will this be safe if i wrap both the intercooler hot pipe, and the fuese box/wireing in heat wrap?

Should be fine. Its hot enough to burn your hand, but I doubt it would cause anything nearby to melt.

8psi = ~160 F or so straight out of the turbo...(assume ~70% efficiency, 75 F ambient air).

So not hot enough to melt anything in the fuse box.
