How hard to replace wood accents in the M?

I love the features of the Sport model, but prefer the silver powdered woodgrain interior pieces you can get on the non-Sports.

Anyone know how hard it would be to replace those pieces if I bought them aftermarket? Are they all hot glued in or pressure clipped or screwed on from the back somehow?
