How hard to add cruise control to a 240sx?

I have an 89 240sx bare bones, how hard would it be to add cruise control to this vehicle? Its the one option I'd really like to have...

Can't seem to find anything on it..

I bought an AudioVox cruise control unit from Pep-boys for $115. It was very easy to install and has worked like a charm. I recommend going that way, it's very easy to do and cheap!

go to a salvage yard and get all the factory components the car should already be wired for it. compare a wreaked one's harness and connecting points to yours to make sure you have the right connectors first before buying it.

you'll want a cruise control steering wheel too.

So how did you end up hooking to the throttle? did you have to attach it to the pedal? I'm looking to get one, but the instructions are confuuuusing....

I always thought that there was someway to get it to run through the throttle cable. As in, they supply an extra component to go to the system.
