How Hard is the Swap???

I have a pos ka24e, I wanna swap it with a ka24de. I can get one for pretty cheap, but im wondering how hard it actually is to complete the swap...Do the harnesses match the same ecu will work?? so on and so forth..since im sure many of you have done the swap id love to hear how you felt.
