how hard is it to put dohc head on sohc?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

just started hearing about this and i know absolutely nothing about it. how hard is it? i have a parts car so i have a head and cams and everything.

It would probaly be a lot easier and cheaper and save you a lot of problems jut to buy a DOHC ka motor at your local junk yard

wow thanks for the reply. i think i may just turbo the sohc later. that was more than i thought it would be plus you lose your ps.
