i had a poll a few months ago about what i should go with. Plates versus eccentric bolts. Chet came on and made a comment that the eccentric bolts are thinner than the stock bolts so they can slide into the bushing of the eccentric portion of the setup. Because of that, they're not as strong and have a tendency to slip and snap. Also, I tend to avoid most products that have OBX on them.

You're probably running about -1.5 degress of camber, which is acceptable and livable. Also, if you take the car to an alignment shop, they won't be able to fix the camber very easily without someway to change the geometry (camber plates). I smacked my passenger side pretty hard on a curb when I ran off road last fall, and my camber went out after that. The shop couldn't get it back in, so now I'm stuck with around -1.75 degress camber on that tire. I wouldn't worry too much about your camber for now unless you intend to make the car a major road racer, in which camber control is a very good thing to have.
