I'm wondering how hard it is to install these little things, can I do it with motor in install, and with out too much trouble, casue the wait for the HKS ones is kinda long and I'm trying to keep similar manufacture in certain places, I will be prolly doing both cam and RAS at the same time.-James

I have the Tomei RAS's. They are a little bit better quality than the HKS ones. phase2 should have them in stock.

They are really simple to install. IIRC there are 15 nuts/washers holding the valve cover on. Take them off and remove the valve cover. Then, one side at a time, pull out the 4 outer cam tower bolts on the intake side, and the real long one out of the oil line. Put the stopper in, put the bolts back in, and torque them down to 12 pounds. NO MORE!!! I broke one of my bolts at 16 pounds. Then, on the inside of the intake cam, there is small bracket you need to put over #2 and #3. If you are starting at the front and moving back, just put that bracket over the second and third tower bolts. Again, only 12 pounds. Then, move over to the exhaust. There is a small bracket over (IIRC) over #2 and #3. Take that bracket off and toss it. Then it is the same procedure for the intake cam.
