how hard is it to install a s13 digital climate control unit

dude... i dont know but if the wiring is same it shouldnt be any problem just compare the 2.

Hey, I was just speaking on behalf on my DCC. That's all. No need to get testy. But all jokes aside, I do agree that the S13 DCC looks slicker than the S14 one But, I think it would look out of place in an S14. But that's my opinion too.
