How hard and what is involve in installing a Transmission in a Automatic TT?

I may just replace instead of rebuild. I can get a used transmission with 25,000 miles on it for 300.00 with 169.00 shipping. I am wondering what all is involved in the replacement of the transmission. Has anyone ever done an automatic replacement? What all would I need to complete the job? And if not then how much do you think I should pay for an install from a local shop? Thanks

it's not complicated. but a lift and transmission jack would make it much easier...search for how too's on z sites
