Chicagoland = 61F

Dirty car hasn't been washed since snow started fallen.

Took the afternoon off...

14,000 miles and the engine bay is back to clean!

If I start taking afternoon's off when it's only in the 60's I'll be in real trouble when it's in the 80's

Then you should probably be worried instead of guilty.

1) which intake is it that u have? i like it (can't tell if it's k&n or aem, im thinking k&n since i see the heat shield and the funnel thingi for the air coming in from the grille)

2) wat'd u use to clean the engine bay?

Thanks.

1. It's a K&N. I like it - but everything I add to the car makes the mpg drop. Too much funny driving

2. Nothing fancy. I wash the bay everytime I wash the car. No sprays or hose out, just a damp rag to wipe it all down.

Your welcome, good to know, thx

hmm, was plannin on getting an intake for the spring/ b4 summer, an added benefit i was lookin forward to was slightly better mileage or so i hear, but ur prolly rite, that sound just calls for you to push it, i'll prolly be in the same boat unless i can get a hold of things and control my right foot.

Looks good man

I hand washed my baby yesterday, and detailed inside and outside..

However, did not think of doing the engine compartment (never have), guess I will add that too my list

Looks good! Man, I can't wait to get my hands on my car again...the filth is killing me.
