you have CVT though.....thats not a good thing at all if your CVT rolls back or forth in "P"....only 6mt's should worry about this....sounds like a major screw up in your transmission go get it checked ASAPMr. Music wrote:Don't worry, you aren't the only one... the parking break doesn't do much. Nissan should have done something about it already, but I guess that we'll all need to carry a brick with us to keep the car from rolling away.
I did get it checked... "its fine." All trannies will roll a little bit, but with the parking brake on, it really shouldn't roll at all on an almost level surface (like my driveway). Only time will tell though, I'm still a little iffy on this CVT deal...TheBourneAltimatum wrote:you have CVT though.....thats not a good thing at all if your CVT rolls back or forth in "P"....only 6mt's should worry about this....sounds like a major screw up in your transmission go get it checked ASAP
i put a bing cinder block by the right front tire and those wheel jams that those verizon work trucks use to put in front their whiles when they are working in front the left... but I still was like u know what, i still dont feel comfortable leaving it here cause I was gonna leave it there for the whole week and start taking public transportation to work due to gas prices....Mr. Music wrote:Don't worry, you aren't the only one... the parking break doesn't do much.
