How about I drop my car off this weekend and I leave a list of suggested mods in the console? In case you don't can't read my writing that first one says Kenstyle and the line below it says ClearCorners .

I was thinking the same thing, despite the fact that the car isn't really my thing. It's clean and tasteful, not over the top at all (which is my style) but I'm not a fan of tinted tails and I think Time Attacks look better on black cars.

As I was reading I thought, oh no this can't be good, but admittedly I was wrong. Like easybadger said, (I couldn't help myself Badger) you kept it clean. Now, did someone say lowering springs

what are the specs on those wheels?

The offsets on those seem very weak. Besides that, the car looks decent. He'll probably like the new stuff.

Why didn't you get the right offsets in the first place? What's the whole point of getting the aftermarket wheels and then get spacers for them?

I like the stock wheels better, maybe if the wheels were all black and filled out the wheel wells. If you still have more time and money I would suggest painting the headlight housing. It would tie everything together. And lastly, change that Nismo sticker to the actual emblem. ($120)

You and your parents get a for the thought.

Since you're asking for opinions, personally I would have went with 19" wheels but I think it looks really good. Like badger said it's clean, which is what I like too. Your bro will definitely be pumped to see that when he gets back.
