That's what this is for.srellim234 wrote:I'll reserve judgement until I've given myself a chance to get used to it.
One thing I already miss is the inability to hit "reply" in each post. A lot of times we reply to a specific person who posted earlier in the thread . I see a lot of arguments starting from replies when we don't take the time to type out the name of the person we are responding to. The old system did that for us.
It happens in the car threads when we're having discussions within discussions. It will be a huge problem in the political forum. We may wind up with some people who are offended by replies not even intended for them.
Has the slowness been resovled? I posted a lengthy post, only to have it time out and I had to type it again.biggie wrote:Slowness just started today, they are working on it. And they just couldn't save everyone avatar. Sorry.
Seems to be working fine for me know and haven't seen anyone else having issues.williamk10 wrote:Has the slowness been resovled? I posted a lengthy post, only to have it time out and I had to type it again.

Have to replace your avatar, was a casuality of the transition.KimberKenobi wrote:I get a lousy double ear infection and disappear for 3 weeks... only to come back to this... where is the reply button? where is my avatar? what do the pictures mean?
I miss knowing instantly which threads I have read ;o(
This will take some getting used to... on my new password, It wouldn't let me in for a long time... of course, this is because I mistook an "I" for a "1"
I'm glad that :squint still works...
EDIT: Okay, so "squint" didn't work because it requires 2 ":", I couldn't do much more last night as nothing would load... and on the old setup, when someone had replied to a post, you could click the title and be taken back to the post being replied to, which was handy.
