Just wanted to say that after 6 mo of owning my car it has been great. In stop and go traffic during mile 65 mile round trip commute, not to mention not exactly being 100% gentle on the gas, I am now averaging 31-33 mpg. No problems to report as of yet with the exception of the ac making a funny noise every one in a while. In addition to that this is the first car I have ever owned where I can actually say "sure that will fit" without thinking twice. So far to date I have carried 30 2x4x8 along with 16 sheets of OSB (cut in half and only 2 trips total for everything), pulled out 8 Boxwoods and hauld them away, loaded up 2x with 20 bags of soil (800 lbs), cut down large 8" tree limbs and somehow managed to get them in and out of the car, exterior/interior doors, my 13 lbs dog in her carrier and well a countless number of other things. I almost want to take a picture to show how much I have loaded this thing up just so you could admire what can fit. BTW I am a fanatic about keeping the car clean and as a whole with all of that it still looks like new. Who needs a truck? Just thought I would share....it excites me to be able to do all of this!!

Firstly... you bought a VERSA and a ROGUE at the same time and you use the VERSA for all that hauling??

Secondly... I travel in mine... everywhere. And sleep in it. And rescue people. And take random trips... And haul whatever needs haulin...

I've driven to Seattle (50 hours one way) , I'm managed to put 38k miles in one year, I'm going camping in it in 2 weeks... I live outta my Camel. (not literally, I do have a 3-bedroom townhouse)

I love the memory foam and the fuel economy (versus price). And the fact that it is my Camel.

It is my wifes car; its lucky if it sees grocery bags. Oh but it did make it to IKEA once after I finally gave in. It was the same when she had her Murano; it sat in the garage while my Toyota Corolla had stuff strapped to the roof. Why do we let our wives do this to us? There would have been many times when it would have been easier to use her car but then again my car is much cooler...

Haven't done any hauling or carrying heavy supplies. It's just a typical daily driver going to college and work from home. I carried groceries the first time a few weeks ago. Besides that, it has a clean interior. Driving through stop and go traffic to college and work averages around 28 MPG and 32 MPG on freeways.

It's a main work commute car for rush hour. A mix of about 30/70% city/hwy daily and we get about 28-30mpg every tank.

Alright - someone else with more miles than mine! If it's a CVT, you can take over EV's title of "CVT Guinea Pig" from me!

Mine's mainly a commuter car - 54 miles each way. Probably 80% highway on the commute, about 2/3 of that at 70+ and the rest around 60. But we also use it for lots of trips, like one about 300 miles this weekend.

My wife's minivan is a 1999, and we expect to sell it to some Mexicans next year. (Strange import rules they have - this year they can only import 1998's...) She'll probably get a Versa, too, which will make three, including our daughter's.

Just a commuter for me as well, and haul stuff in it.

Thankfully I've went from 100 miles a day to about 20. So I can slow down from the 27k miles I've put on it the first 9 months.

I'm sure this is a rhetorical question!

My V's my car -- gets me where I need to go. Home, work, taxi . . . whatever.
