It is not something that should be undertaken hastily, especially when you are lacking the knowledge and experience. Do alot of research, check out other people's setups, and then decide what you want to do from there. The easiest thing for someone like you to do would be to buy someone elses turbo setup. That way know that it has worked on someone elses car before. The tune is very important. It will allow you to get the most power out of your car, and do it as safely and as reliably as possible.

I think the best thing for you to do is do other mods to the car first until you learn more about what you have and what you can do with it before you decide to go turbo. Suspension, brakes, wheels and tires can all be expensive but with all that being turbo will make the car feel, handle and drive 10 times better than putting a kit on a warn out car. Plus all the supporting mods will make your car more enjoyable to drive while you learn more about boosting. Whatever you do don't say that you know about boost cause you watch 2 fast 2 furious b/c that will get your arce flamed quickly.

Well here I can lock it if I please to but what for there is no flaming going on and everyone answered quickly and it ended on that.

But if for some reason someone came in and strated a flame war and stupid crap the LOCK would go into effect.

And lets just keep it at this.

Thanks,Mike

I would say just poke around, and read any and every thread you see in the pages here in the KAT forum. Just start reading and I'm sure you'll eventually see what you need. If you need anything, add me to AIM and we can talk.

Take a look at the KA-T.org sponsors full turbo kits - jgs, ams, and look at the greddy kit.

This will give you an idea of all the parts you need. Then you can decide if you want to piece together your own parts or buy a kit.

Like everyone else said, research, research, research. Its the best thing you can do before you jump into anything. The more you know, the better off you are. But as another thing to concider, what are you using the car for? Are you going to race it? What kind of racing are you going to be doing? Do you need huge power numbers? Is it just a street car? This things you must concider when buying your parts. Don't get something you don't need, and buy the things you do. Don't go out and buy a turbo the size of your wheels if you are just going to drive it around town.

Yea, DRFT(kinda) said, buy what you need based on your power and use. Unless, you're like me and want to boost just for the sweet sounds of it.
