whats up. ive got a KA24DE also, i plan on some amount of boost, but i have turbocharged anything before, there is a KAT (KA24DET) forum here to that might me more helpful, there is also a DVD floating around forsale and i believe it covers just about everything you need to boost your KA. i think it something like KA24DET GUIDE DVD of somethin. well hope this helped you find your answer!

Good tuning is vital, try to stay away from a SAFC or any A/F fuel controllers that lack timing control. Proper timing is very important, if not more so than fuel, in making power and keeping your motor in one piece. Theres several routes you can take ranging from full standalones to a chipped ECU such as biki rom, or a pretuned ECU from Enthalpy or JWT. Research a lot on here, (KA-T) forum, and KA-T.org to learn as much as you can.
